I notice there are Free and Buy Apps. I don't care which one i just would like to stop these annoying ads.

The best I've found for reducing ads is Firefox with the Privacy Badger and Ublock Origin add-ons. Although it still won't stop all. You may use these with other browsers like Chrome. I just prefer Firefox. I don't use Safari because of the lack of good or should I say my preferred add-ons/extensions.

You can do even more using NoScript with Firefox. But script blockers get really annoying as so many websites require tinkering to get working again. As the script blocker blocks all scripts and many websites rely on them. So, you have to go through a huge list of scripts and white list them. Many the site needs are not obvious either. Requiring some trial and error. But it will block just about everything.
