Best App To Upload Pics/Video to Facebook/Twitter?

The Facebook app sucks at uploading pics/videos (although I haven't tried it in a bit, maybe it improved) Is there a good app that does this quickly and flawlessly?

I find that using Posterous is the best method ever of doing what you want. I set up a Posterous account and enabled the Twitter and Facebook linking. Now, every time I want to post a pic or video, I just email it to Posterous and it works flawlessly.
