Got in line at 8 -- about twenty peopled ahead of me in the Reserve line.

In at 9 -- cheering and all -- picked up by an Apple rep, everyone individually escorted in, given their iPads, shown accessories, and even SET UP!!!!

By 9:10AM I was playing with my iPad in the store and being interviewed by ABC!!!!!!!!

Smooth as silk!!!

This was all at the Boston flagship store -- largest one in North America.

BTW the iPad is leaving me breathless it is JUST amazing!!!!!!

ps Do not panic thinking your screen has a scratch. The photo has star trails in it that look like scratches!

pps Case is great. Weighs next to nothing!!!!!

Did you happen to notice how many cases they had in stock? Ordered my iPad via UPS but am thinking about heading down to Boylston to pick up a case...

As always . . . class act from Apple. Thanks for posting :)

I'm blown away as well. I got to my apple store at 6:00 and at like 6:30, the manager came out and thanked us for being there so early. It was really fun too.

I'm typing on the iPad currently.

I was also at the Boston store. It was really impressive, they really know how to run it. I waited a bit longer but then again I didn't preorder it.
