Okay, what apps should I have on my iPhone for the big game?

Not necessarily football games, but is there anything like they have for MLB? Streaming data, statistics?

How about the best office pool app? Trivia? That kind of thing, for a superbowl party, etc.

Set your phone down for the whole game and don't use it. Don't be the weirdo at the Super Bowl party that stays on his phone the whole time and everyone laughs at. JK man. Put ESPN on your homescreen. They have play by play stats of all the games and player stats throughout. Plus its free. Go to espn.com from your iphone and add bookmark to homescreen. The mobile version of ESPN is great.

The NFL has an exclusive deal with Sprint right now. Hopefully, when (and if) they get out of that the NFL could then make a paid app for the App Store.

I have Orblive and can watch the Super Bowl LIVE if I needed to. I'll be at home though watching the game.

Better yet, an app to automatically read and post on topics you claim you aren't interested in.

Besides, the Superbowl is hardly a single little thing!

I must say just use a app that might give you some play by play stuff but for the most part just sit back and enjoy the game and commercials

For the degenerate gambler in you, a coin flip app is a must have for Super Sunday.

I plan on leaving my phone home when I head to my friend's SB party. If all did that, we would be spared the threads tomorrow of how drunk someone was and what happened to their phone.

I plan to, but usually when I host a party, I have a contest / office pool, but it's based on silly things like "first turnover", "first commercial (beverage vs. other)", etc., so maybe by next year their will be an app to track that kind of thing in real-time. Maybe I'll just have to write it!

Good one!

fumbleview.com is a pretty cool iphone website for football info during games.

Perfect, thanks!
