Just got a MBA 13" and the new Nikon D7000 ... Looking for the "perfect" shoulder or backpack style bag that wouldn't be too big...preferably the smallest (lightest) that would get the job done and protect the new gear. I would like it to fit a couple lenses and flash. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Where did you get your D7000? I'm only seeing them available from private parties for $700 over list price.

Got it at Best Buy the day it was released ... I originally was going to get it body only online but it was going to take a while and I was itching to get a hold of it ... I had a coupon from Best Buy at the time so it was actually a pretty good deal.

I don't have this model, but other Lowepro bags. They are just great. Nice quality and many nice features.

This actually looks pretty good. Thanks for the suggestion. Are these available anywhere cheaper? I usually keep a prime 35 or 50 attached and a 55-200 on hand. Can you divide that large lens compartment too?

Although TT has a pretty tight control on the prices, you can occasionally find deals, especially at photo stores where they can discount without advertising the price on-line. They also occasionally pop up on eBay, POTN, and Fred Miranda buy&sell used or new/un-used.

The main compartment is completely re-configurable as all the dividers are velcro attached and moveable. The bag comes with several additional dividers as well as the two large ones that divide the space into 3 vertical compartments. The bag is one of the few bags out there that are tall enough to accommodate my 5D-II mounted to a 70-200/2.8.

The computer compartment perfectly fits a 13" MB Air (I have mine in the InCase neoprene as well).

Got my D7000 a day before official release date at best buy too. Used a 12% off coupon. I think the total with the lens came out to be $1400 or something like that. It is an awesome camera too.
