I am giving up for UHD/4K blu ray drive as it seems Xeon w family does not support the tech required which are SGX and HDCP2.2.

So, I have to look for a normal blu ray which supports up to 1080p instead.

Having done some research, the pioneer looks an ideal one. Anyone has other suggestions please?

Nothing wrong with that one, if most of your usage is going to be reading Blurays. The price is right, too.

If you plan to do BD -writing-, you might also check out drives that have M-DISC capability, as well (for the longer-lasting M-DISC media).

^^^^ OWC Mercury PRO. I've tried several others prior. This one has been trouble free and very fast.

I have an iMac not an iMac Pro if it matters.
