Hi , I don't belong from USA but my friend studies/works there he will return to my country in January so I am planning to order a couple of iPads on his address nd he will get those for me,

Can you suggest me which website is most reliable in terms of product handling and shipping?
(i use amazon in my country for every purchase)

Probably Microcenter. Sadly, all their good deals are in-store only. I made the drive once for a Core i7-920 a decade ago (4 hours round trip in SoCal traffic). Never doing that again.

Microcenter and Walmart were mentioned just before your post so that made it unclear. BBY shows normal price for me ($649).
