Best Camera for Not So Much $

I'm looking for a digital camera that can take great pictures and such and has a price tag of around $200. Ideas?

For about $200, it's hard to do better than the Canon SD750. Highly recommended by pro photographers as their "pocket camera."

I think the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ8 is worth considering given that it has RAW to address the noise issues.
