Hmmm, Mediafork is not giving me the option of H264, what am I doing wrong?

I too would really appreciate some guidance on the best quality settings to use when ripping my DVD's [...] Right now, the files are OK but certainly not DVD quality. Some dark colors have slight banding and some of the movement looks a little fuzzy/choppy.
