Best CRM Software for Wholesaling?

My buddy and I have recently had some success wholesaling properties in the MD/PA/DE area and are forming an LLC. Before we grow, we want to find the most effective CRM software to use for real estate (tracking leads, sellers/buyers, etc.). I've looked at some of the more well-known options like Salesforce, but am unsure if that's our best option, as it all looks the same to me.

Does anybody have software they'd recommend?
