Best cydia tweak for Adblock

Any tweak good for blocking everything from safari to 3rd party browser?
 
I have tried the system hosts blocker and minimal hosts blocker and both allow ads on all my devices. The only adblocker that I have found is in the app store and that is adguard pro. It blocks ads in apps and anywhere else on the phone. I think it's $1 or $2 in the app store, well worth the money.
