Best deal for powermac ram?

My powermac at work only has 1 gb of ram....(sad)

I am looking for aboubt 2 gigs of ram, spending limit about $200. I have found the following deals.

okay, those are for the dual core, bu I found the similar upgrade for my model. This company doesnt look too reputable though. What is their return policy.

People, I need more responses soon because I will be leaving soon, and wont be able to purchase it!

How is that company? I have never heard of Viking, but I know that newegg is reputable...

How is this list...which would be the best bang for my buck?

I am trying to decide between the samsung (which I dont know is a good company) from 1800 4 memory, or the kingston, which isnt recomended specifically for the powermac from newegg...what would you do?
