Best device with 4K HDR and Atmos for gaming?

I like 4K HDR gaming with Atmos immersive experience. Which device should I get? Gaming consol or high end PC?

No console can deliver what a PC can in terms of graphics although the PS4 Pro & Xbox deliver some stunning visuals.
PC however doesn't have RDR2, Spider-man, God of War just to name a few

High end PC if you want top end visuals. Console if you have a busy life.
