Work got me an iphone my problem is I already have an iPhone and I don't want to carry 2 iphones around.

I see a lot of dual sim adapters on the market, both cut and non-cut types. My question is who makes the best and what draw-backs are there.

Easiest thing. Forward your personal number to your work cell as well as your email accounts.

The problem is, at corporate HQ they watch the bills so I can't make/receive many personal calls or texts before they complain. I would just do the reverse and forward the work number to my personal phone except from time to time I have to call long distance for long periods of time and I don't want to foot the bill.
