I use Duplicate File Finder (free), is the best? I don't want waste $19.
Gemini is better?
or there's something better?
thanks

There are a lot of duplicate finders. I think that "best" depends on your workflow. My favorite is dupeGuru, which lets you define a reference and compare against it. It also has settings for music, pictures and files. I also use Duplicate Detective sometimes, depending on what I want to do. I used Gemini a while, but I did not like it.

Well, a common theory is that the one that's the most expensive must be the best. You can waste as much money as possible if you're prone to second-guessing your purchasing decisions. Which one is best is a matter of opinion, and no poll of users is ever 100% in favor of the same one. Good luck!

Specific for finding dublicate images? I've gone through most of them with thousands images, thumbnails, and pics splattered around a HD. Gemini found almost all but the remaining were found exclusively with PhotoSweeperX. So it's one I can highly recommend.

I found this free app called Shorui which seems to work pretty good.

Gemini works fine, but it keeps trying to do more than just let me remove duplicates, like trying to set up automations and smart removals
