Best file downloader app?

Hi,

I have the Winzip app which is great for opening zip files that I get as email attachments, but I need to download a couple files from the web which Chrome/Safari can't do.

What is the best file downloader app to get? I don't mind paying. Preferably already updated for iOS 7.

All In 1 Downloader is the best I have found so far, it's not exactly what I was looking for though.

I use the browser iCab Mobile for this. Perhaps there are better choices that are more dedicated to downloading but i've had this browser for years and it works fine for my purposes.

I use "Documents by Readdle" to download. It has a built in browser that can download anything. Also you can tie in your cloud accounts (dropbox, box, skydrive) and also copy files via wifi.
