All i will be doing is running some flight sims

i will be using my iMac

Should i use
~Boot camp
~VM Fusion

Boot Camp.

Games + Virtual Machine = terrible. Boot Camp is free, and works natively. The only downside (if you want to even call it that) is that you actually have to reboot into Windows. Some people, for whatever reason, don't think they can spare the extra 2 seconds it takes. Whatever, point is Boot Camp is your answer.

Virtual Machines do a good job at many things, but gaming is not one of them
