I love looks of Yosemite but one thing bothers me a little.

Is it just me or best for retina is too big on rMBP 15"? Like system font is too big and everything takes more space than in Mavericks.

1680x1050 is better then it was in Mavericks but some fonts are somewhat too little for comfortable use.

I set mine to 1920x1200. Why have a high resolution display and treat it like a low resolution 1440x900 display?

I've had a 15" MBP (with the high res display) or my new 15" rMBP running at 1680 x 1050 for about 4 years straight and I have no plans on stopping, I love it this way.

I have to agree now that I'm using 1680x1050 for two days, it is better then best for retina. It is not as sharp but it is more comfortable to use.
Situation for me was not so clear in Mavericks where I used 1440x900 but now 1680x1050 is better.
