Best forums to discuss PC builds and games?

So instead of getting into console gaming I have decided to get back into PC gaming after a 4year hiatus. I plan on building a dedicated gaming PC that will do nothing else but that (I have an iMac and rMBP for my other needs). What are some good forums for building a gaming PC (I am good building it just not sure on specific components and liquid cooling) and discussing current Games?

When I want to find a forum, I google search and what ever is at the top i browse that site. I have a PC for games only that i ordered to build( i am too lazy to do it my self) and i went to these site to ask questions it may depend on the type of games you want to run.

Been a year since I've been there (been a year since I bought my Mac, you figure it out ), but hardforum.com was great back in my PC days.
