Im looking for a program that is free, or a demo, that can copy any type of disc. I mean, even if the disc is protected, it should be able to read around it like roxio toast. I have roxio toast at home, but i am not at my home computer right now, and really need to make a copy of someone's disc.

yeah Disc Utility seems the best to me. I tried using Toast to make disc images but found DU to be much easier.

Does DU make straight byte-for-byte disk images (i.e. make the copy without having to read the filesystem)? I didn't think so, but I can certainly be wrong about this. Not that there's all that much copy protection on Macs to begin with. And not that pirates shouldn't walk the plank. Arrrgh.
