Best gameplay control on MBP

I can't decide on the best method of game play on the MBP with some of the latest games, such as the Orange Box and Call of Duty4? What's the preferred control...keyboard, hybrid type keyboards, or gamepads (like the 360 wireless controller)?

Keyboard and mouse. Gamepads just hinder the amount of control you have compared to keyboards and mice. In my opinion it doesn't really matter the type of keyboard or mouse, it depends on your personal preference. Don't buy a mouse or keyboard over $70, the gaming ones really won't improve your skill or enhance the gameplay significantly.
