Best grocery list app with pictures?

I use used the free version and now have the paid version till March '19 of Anylist together with my wife and it works great. I don't use the pictures currently but it looks as if it is supported for most of groceries if you use it in English but I couldn't get the images to show up when I selected the predefined 'Brocolli' or 'Apples'. I would suggest checking it with the developer. You can in any way add them manually though but I suppose that is not ideal to find a picture of everything first and store these or search these and then add them on a product by product basis.
You can also use the free version which I did for years already. Most of the features were fine in the free version.
I'm also not a fan of a subscription based app but unfortunately more and more developers do go for this option or freemium (with in-app to remove ads, paid once or per year, or other in-app purchases /ads in free version).
I'm afraid the time of a true pay once app is going away unfortunately. The developers are looking for ways of a constant inflow of cash to keep their apps in the air I think.
Luckely there are still exceptions although price tend to be a bit higher then like in the case of Things (9.99 dollar once) but that is ok if it offers a good service. I have unfortunately also seen apps switching for pay once to subscription basis and that you then as a buyer of the pay once version suddently get an update but that you have to update to the subscription service (sometimes with a discount but still) or don't update.

I use Buy Me A Pie. Don’t think it enables pics, don’t need it.
I use the free version in that even. It also have a pro, subscription version. Nonono...
Don’t know how I did, but I managed to set up more shopping lists as same as pro.
Only get a popup that asks me to erase some lists at times. Can live with that.
It syncs great over the devices.
Very user friendly.

You can also use an outliner app to create a template checklist. Use columns to detail your list - item, photo, quantity, notes.
Alternatively a mind mapping app can do the same.
Both have the ability to share in your required format.
If you do not wish to pay the notes app is okay. Can insert a checklist with note and a photo for each item. Bear also allows to create lists with emoji and text and is free (can subscribe to unlock other features).
