I know the latest HB has an Apple TV preset. I've been using it, 2500kbps, AAC+AC3, and 2-pass encoding (turbo 1st pass). Files seem to be 2.5 to 3GB each and the quality is pretty stunning. I'm happy with the results.

My question is...Is this a good way to do it? I've seen some use bitrates 1200 to 1500 and say that is acceptable. My screens are all 42" or larger LCD...
