Hey whats up everyone!!! well I need your help. Does anyone know what would be a good hard disk wipe program for the intel iMacs? I am also wondering if Dban works as well. Let me know thanks, bye.

Disk Utility? Supports up to a 35-pass erase. Or dd from the CLI.
dd of=/dev/diskX if=/dev/zero

Just so it`s clear, if you are intending on wiping the boot drive, boot the mac using the reinstall DVD at the first screen that comes up, look in the tools menu for disk utility and wipe the drive from there.

Otherwise i imagine disk utility will struggle to wipe the drive it`s running from.
