iPod Best Hard Drive for Streaming

I need to get a new hard drive as the 500GB MyBook Essential Edition I have now is definitely filling up and possibly dying.

I was wondering what recommendations anyone has for a hard drive that I can attach to a Time Capsule and have hold my iTunes Library (streaming music/movies/tv shows).

It would need to be redundant somehow because I would not have that hard drive backed up to the Time Capsule. Right now I am leaning towards the 2TB MyBook Mirror edition (giving 1TB available space), but I know all of you have great ideas so please let me know what they are.
