Best Harddrive Solution

I'm planning on purchasing a 24" iMac with the standard 320GB drive.

I know I will be using more than 320GB and was wondering what is the best solution?

I currently have a Maxtor 500GB (USB2.0, Firewire400, & Firewire800).

Should I get another Maxtor that supports Firewire800 and daisy chain them together?

Yes, I think that will be the better option. You could always just use the one you have instead of buying another.
