I'm glad to say I've got a great To-Do app on my Touch that's serving me well along with a finance app that's keeping making me realize how much I spend a day.

I'm on the market for a health app.

You know, the kind that tracks exercise along with eating. Recommend a good one?

So far i've tried 2.

The first is MyNetDiary which seemed promising since it checks my current weight, along with being able to input what i eat daily and what exercises i do. Problem is if i want to sync it to their website along i need to have a paid account.

Secondly I'm using Livestrong which syncs up well with their website. Seems like there are a lot of people under this one and along with the forums and "dares" for people to do, it looks like a good website and the syncing (free) from site to app is super easy. The only thing I don't like here is that when inputting what you ate is a bit tough unless you're typing in something generic like a McDonalds cheeseburger. That and in terms of weight & calories, the system just wants to know if you wanna lose weight or gain weight and therefore sets a score of calories for you to achieve by eating more than you should or not enough; it doesn't take into consideration what you eat and etc etc.

Essentially, just like how i've gotten my spending limits in check and am now closely looking at the errands and events I gotta get done throughout my week, I'd love to have an app that I can jot down how much i run daily, how much cardio and weight lifting i do, track calories burned, the good foods i eat, the bad ones and to stop eating them, etc. etc.

I guess even just an app with a great helpful interface with the necessary tools would do the trick.

I'd recommend LifeTopix. It allows you to track those health-related things you listed, plus the finance-related stuff you have a different app for, plus a bunch of other things you probably want to track (like tasks, trips, assets, events, and photos/audio/videos).

Plus, it's a universal app that supports the iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch (3rd gen), so they don't make you pay multiple times.

I love it.
