Best IM app? Custom ringtones with sendsong

Ive tried Apollo from the installed that came with Ziphone, I always get the error

"Could not connect to authentication serverL could not resolve host name."

Next, ive tried many many times to get ringtones via Sendsong, i convert them to m4a and still no dice.

Any help would be incredible
