What's the best messaging app? I want one to be able to lock the app and also just show the name and not the actuall message content in the notification center. Also was hoping to be able to see text notification on lock screen without the content showing...

Turn off "Show Preview" in the notification settings for Messages. It'll stop it showing a preview on the lock screen. You'll always get a preview on the notification centre though.

Didnt realize if i had banner on it would give me an alert on the lockscreen. Thanks!
