i know there's a lot of discussion about cases for the 2021 iPad Pros and I did do some searching for an answer. If it's already been answered, my bad. Please be kind and point me to the thread?

I'm going to be using my iPad in diverse environments: after school programs teaching children ranging from 6 to 14 how to program, at maker spaces so dealing with concrete flooring, dust, etc. and when the world gets there, at large competitions. I'll be carrying it in a bag but sharing it with people with greatly varying skill levels over varying surfaces. I realize that there's probably nothing that will let it survive a drop from bleacher seats to concrete (I've seen that happen with predictable results) but if I can maximize drop protection, I'm all in. (Dust, etc. protection would be nice but it's a secondary goal.)

I don't care about color, weight, ugly-factor, etc.

Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestion! Did you watch the video? I had a moment and so I did. :) It looks like it combines the best of two other cases that I found yesterday and I think I'll be getting one of the STM Goods cases.

Previous case research, in case anyone's interested:

Wirecutter recommends the Otterbox Symmetry Series: https://www.apple.com/shop/product/...lite-case-for-ipad-pro-11-inch-3rd-generation

Otterbox also makes one from the Defender series: https://www.otterbox.com/en-us/ipad...1-inch/defender-series-pro-case/77-82262.html (Surviving twice as many drops as the Symmetry series)

I also considered this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/373045929987 - A Pelican 1065CC hard case for those crowded packed travel trips to competitions, and perhaps at times at the competitions.
