I use TightVNC on the PC and iSSH on the phone. The Mocha server broke the video driver on the Win 7/64b PC. I was using iSSH to shell into a couple of remote servers anyway, so it was just a matter of configuring it for VNC.
Easiest to setup & easiest to use. Works fast too.
I also wanted to give Jaadu a try but my Linksys WRT54G router didn't have the enable UPnP option in it's settings and I didn't want to install a 3rd party firmware just for that option.
Have a look at PC Monitor mobilepcmonitor.com - no remote but you can use the native device interface to quickly monitor and manage all your computers.
