I personally hate Apple keyboard. If I ever got an Apple Desktop it would be the first thing along with the mouse tossed into the spare parts bin.

A keyboard that isn't too soft, though not too hard, nice tall keys.

You have ergonomic keyboards, Standard keyboards, other designs that fall between them.

I personally like my MS nature touch 7000 wireless keyboard and I find it great for everything I need to do but then again I type on correctly on the QWERT formate.
Depending on your price point it depends on what you get.

I like the HP 2004 Standard keyboard.

No joke. Have one from 1987 and I still use it today with my modern computer. It's excellent and by far the best typing experience anyone will ever have. And unbreakable, too. There's been a couple times when I've taken my anger out on it and I end up hurting my hand more than the keyboard.
