Hello

I recently bought a MacBook pro 13 2020 on Intel processor (need native windows support) and it came with macOS Sequoia already installed. I have a feeling that on this version the laptop is running at the limit of its capabilities)) Thought to install some of the previous versions of macOS, hint who has experience using an older version on a similar laptop? Is it faster than Sequoia (interface, application launching, memory consumption)?
My laptop is released in late 2021, so the earliest version I can put is Big Sur) And yes my laptop has 16gb RAM. Would love to hear your opinion on which macOS is best to install

I would choose either the version preinstalled in the factory (oldest, usually the smallest in size and the fastest) or the latest (with the most recent security patches).

There's absolutely nothing wrong with using Sequoia on that machine, leave it there.
