seems to me macsales.com (OWC) has the best RAM prices for the Mac Pro. they also have the most configuration options.

www.pricewatch.com has almost real-time updates for hardware prices... has seller ratings, and I have used this search engine for years... I mean years..

also, newegg.com has frequent specials on RAM and also has good prices. That link I put will take you to the "Mac" page.

They They have a 2GB for $339, DDR2, 667MHz, ECC, FB

Apples specifies DDR2 667MHz ECC FB (fully buffered) RAM. So be sure the RAM you buy matches these specifications.

You might want to make sure your ram has heatsinks, especially if you plan to push your computer. That is unless you like the sound of fans running constantly. The link you provided is ram without heatsinks. You would have to buy the heatsinks separately and install them yourself, so the price at Newegg is really not that competitive. I'd rather spend a bit more money and buy the ram with proper heatsinks, probably from MacSales.
