Best Method to Downgrade 4.6 Phone to 1.1.2 Jailbreak

Hey...so i'm in the same boat as many others that upgraded their 1.1.2 4.6BL Jailbroken phone to 1.1.3. I find it way too buggy and want to go back to 1.1.2 Jailbroken. So just wondering what's the best way to go about this? Should I do a fresh factory restore to 1.1.3, downgrade the baseband or modem firmware using Ziphone or GeoHot's method (are they the same?), then follow the traditional downgrade to 1.1.1 up to 1.1.2 jailbreak process?

Basically most of my apps don't work in 1.1.3 Jailbroken.
