Best Method to Upgrade From 2010 MBA to 2011 MBA

My new MBA is supposed to be delivered tomorrow and I want to know the best way to upgrade from my 2010 MBA to the new one. I don't want to just transfer over all my settings and everything but I want to make sure all my apps & files are on my new computer. Also, how do I transfer my Microsoft Office 2011 license (and other app licenses) from my old computer to my new one? Thanks for the help.
