Best Note + To-Do App?

I'm looking for a note + to-do app. I've seen great note apps and great reminder apps, but haven't come across a good one that combines the two. Thanks!

You could try Informant (Fanatic Software). I don't necessarily recommend it (tried it a couple times and always have problems with syncing and it is not cheap). But, others seem to like it.

Agenda (Momenta B.V) combines notes and tasks (I think it uses Apple Reminders but shows them with your notes...) Again, it hasn't worked for me after a few try's but it is highly rated (Apple store)

Some use Evernote for task management, too...
