Best Option for using two monitors?

Hello,

I am looking to purchase an iMac for my business. I am not overly concerned with the graphics/resolution. However, I need to have many windows open at the same time. Which iMac would be the best choice to also hook up a second or even third monitor? Also, any suggestions on monitors that are compatible would be great
