Have ordered (though not yet received) the 2.33 MBP with the 200Gb drive and am already thinking about the best way to partition it. Partitioning should help increase the speed, but I'm also thinking about other things like Bootcamp etc etc. I'd be interested in other people's preferred partitioning for the 200Gb. Are there obvious things to take into account or does it just depend on your main use for the machine?

Just depends on use. I don't believe partitioning will have much affect on speed these days. The only partitioning I'll be doing on my new (waiting on 17" MBP C2D) 160 is for BootCamp. I have an external 500, and it has one partition the same size at my internal 160 for block-copy imaging.
