best pdf/picture reader

hi folks
ive got a bunch of magazine that are scanned to pdf. Id love to read them at the gym on my iphone the problem is because its a picture I have to keep zooing in and around to read things, is there an app that can make my pic look like safari reader?

so I take it this can't be done because its a picture oh well that sucks

Maybe if you can do OCR recognition of the magazine scans then iBooks will zoom to the text like safari. Not sure on this at all but this might work.
