I have purchased the Crucial 4 GB kit, and I am installing my great Hitachi 320GB 7200RPM 16 MB Cache drive, is there possible anything else I can do to tweak more performance out of my Mini, although I must say for what this thing is, it performs great and the fact it runs Mac OS and not Windows is a great thing. The funny thing is with boot camp this thing runs faster then some of the newer desktops I was playing with at BestBuy, I just wish they made a 9600GT Nvidia GPU version like the MBP it would be killer then.

I have actually been using it so much I am selling my new Uni MacBook for lack of use.

Thanks

Your two upgrades are all you need. :D I'm sure someone can help you spend your money though.

An SSD primary and an external firewire hard drive would be many times better.
