Best practice to clone Windows 7 bootcamp to mSATA on PCI card

I am trying to clone Win7 HDD (single partition on HDD) to mSATA SSD on Addonics quad msata pcie ssd card. What is best way to achieve this?

Since OSX won't install BootCamp partition to external drive (which it sees PCI card as), I am having hard time creating synced GPT partition / mbr partition on mSATA SSD. Arconis wasn't able to clone correctly. Currently mSATA SSD and Addonics PCI card are recognized and accessible from BootCamp Win 7.

I am considering getting mSATA to SSD converter and mounting mSATA SSD to native Mac Pro SATA. Install BootCamp partition and clone Win 7 to mSATA SSD. Move mSATA SSD to PCI card and boot.

Is there other simple way to to this? Thank you for your time.

WinClone was hassle free way to clone BootCamp to mSATA on PCIe.

Noticed that mSATA on PCIe shows up as external eject able drive after cloning.

Both of my PCIe drives show up as "external" and "ejectable" as well. I don't know any way around that, but it hasn't been a problem.

I am using a Solo x2 for Windows and a Tempo Pro for OS X on RAID-0.
