What's up everyone? Last year when the Quad was released in October I posted a thread asking for a recommendation on where to buy Ram for it online. I was recommended MacSales.com and 1-800-4-Memory.com.
18004Memory was selling a generic brand and MacSales.com was selling Samsung. 8004Memory was cheaper by about $80 or so, and miles cheaper than Apple.... so i went with 8004Memory, and the Ram has performed greatly- THANK THE GODS!
Anyway, with the purchase of this Mac Pro system, i'm looking at purchasing another 8GB of RAM, 800-4-Memory. com has it for $1,700 ($1,699) Fully buffered ECC. Any found anything even lower? If so let me know.
