iHeartRadio and AOL Radio are 2 with locals. ESPN radio has about 15 or so local ESPN stations if you're into sports (college in particular).

OK, so i never investigated the radio apps before....

I bought Wunder Radio today. THis is kinda cool.... i listened to the CAL Fire feed for a bit to see if my brother was going on a call, hit a Russian 80's station - only to hear a rendition of "Back in the USSR", and then a Miami station only to hear Gloria Estefan - both struck me as very ironic! LOL!!

But i'm enjoying jumping around the world listening to stuff.

I went with WR because of the better choice of scanner feeds. Next time i hear sirens - i can see what is up! LOL!!

I work for CALFIRE too. =)

IHeartRadio because it has a lot of local stations from Las Vegas, my home town.

ooTunes - very responsive developer who adds stations and responds to emails/support very quickly and is continually improving this app.

I love the WunderRadio app but it stopped finding local and local internet stations.

I wrote to them and the best they could offer was "it should work." I tried deleting and re-installing the app, no luck.

Sure, I can add my favourite stations, but I've lost one of the coolest aspects of the app. And when I travel, I can't just automatically find the local radio offerings.

Yes, my GPS is working fine, and the Maps app and others have no trouble at all locating where I am and plotting routes, etc.

Any thoughts?
