Hi.

I'm gonna change my windows pc setup, with one of the new iMacs.

But can't firgure out what to do.

I'm thinking about the 21.5inch highend, or the 27 lowend.
Im gonna use the computer for school work, and decent gaming. Like Gta IV, Battlefield Bad Company 2, and Battlefield 3 when it comes out.

I have a okay windows machine so im thinking about buying the 27 inch, and use it as a screen when i need windows work, and some (hardcore) gaming.

What do you guys and girls think?

Best with a plain 21.5 setup with bootcamp/vmware OR 27 + windows machine as "same" unit?

Remember i'm a poor danish teenager.

The 21,5 setup would cost me DKK11,199.00 = 2.228,12 $
And the 27: DKK12,699.00 = 2.526,56$

Thanks.

xJosh

If you are poor should you'd even buy a computer you can't afford? If so I say Th 27" as you plan on using the iMac screen as a secondary display. If I'm not mistaken I think the 21.5" display can be used too, no??

I have the money, but wanna get the most out of them.
And i don't wanna buy any Windows machine instead! :D

the 21" does not double as a display or use Target Display Mode.

Id consider getting the base model 27" if you plan getting a hardcore gaming pc. be easier on your budget and get two great systems.
