Best (shopping) list app

Hi! I have recently started using an app for mainly shopping lists (across multiple stores).

I'm currently using Checklist+ which I find really good. However, there is, probably, always something better.

I would be interested to see what others are using. I should stress that I'm happy to pay for a really good app (like Checklist+) but I WILL NOT PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FEE!!!

Your thoughts please…

I've started using Apple's Reminders for that purpose. It's pretty basic, but it lets you share the list with others which is really useful for shopping lists.

I don't use Reminders for to do lists, but it's worked well for shopping lists.
 
My wife and I use Our Groceries. I like the ability to add a picture to an item.

Just installed and purchased Our Groceries based on the recommendation here and really like it so far. It works really well with Alexa.
