Best Site For Free Hosting???

I just started using Dreamweaver and made a little site for my portfolio. What should I use to host the site? Am I using these terms correctly? I'm still noob with this stuff.

Well if you fo free, you will have ads on your page. For like $5 a month you can get godaddy to host it.
