Carrier Best site to unlock IPhone 4

For a while now, I want to unlock my iphone 4.

For a while I was thinking, that officialiphoneunlock.co.uk will be, probably, best place to do so, but I found this topic, so my mind changed: https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1471103/

Now, i've found another IMEI unlock site, but I am curious, if it's legit. If anybody have used it, please, share with your experiance.

Also, can I unlock it, if I am using Hacktivated phone?
And is there a free way, to find to which carrier your phone is locked to?


*found my carrier by IMSI number...it shows it's locked to "Sonera Corporation - Finland"

you can try swiftunlocks.com don't know if they unlock yours though GL
I also know the real chronic does unlocks for outside the US, but I think he charges a good amount of $.

So your carrier won't unlock a device that is 3 years old for you? Have you asked? Excuse my ignorance with EU carriers, but in the US I've unlocked all my phones that were outside a contract.
