iPod Best software to pull songs from iPod to iTunes...

I'm looking for suggestions for a good program to pull songs from my iPod to iTunes. I previously used iRepoX but I had to select every song that I wanted to pull. at over 3,000 songs that can be very lengthy and a pain in the neck? Any suggestions?
