Best source for vintage Mac Pro used parts

I am the doting owner of two '09 pre-owned Mac Pros which have served me well and with stellar reliability. I have encountered my first hardware problem (a failing bluetooth module) which alerted me to the need to be able to replace whatever may fail in the future. Does anyone know of a good source for parts? I did some searches and was surprised that I didn't discover a large number of companies which stocked the part/s I would need to fix this relatively minor problem.

Besides eBay? www.applecomponents.com is where I've always been able to find anything I've ever needed. Bought from them several times and never had a problem. That said, the prices are high and they don't accept returns. Shipping is reasonable.

Mac pros are "vintage". However eBay is your best bet.

Don't replace the lame-ass internal bluetooth in your 2009; use a bluetooth USB dongle placed close to your desk and enjoy much-improved reception.

Another option is to enter your Mac Pro's serial no. HERE a new page will load and on the right hand section there are 3 icon links, the second and third icons are "This unit is Supported" and "Parts Available". Click on the Parts Available link and this will reveal all the online stores where you can buy the spare parts for your 2009 Mac Pro. Listed are DV Warehouse, Mac Parts Online, Mac Upgrade and We Love Macs links. Your 2009 MPro is still accepted by Apple service centers. I have a 2009 Mac Pro and I just bought an extra access panel door from an Apple Reseller and they will order this to an Apple Store. According to the technician I spoke to, as long as the Mac Pro model is still accepted for repairs it is not a vintage model and parts are available to order.

The suggestion by DPUser on using a USB Bluetooth is also a good option.

I actually did get a dongle which works with my keyboard but I find I'm losing connection after sleeping. The dongle did not have any Mac driver or software but was claimed to work with Mac and it mostly does except for that problem, which made me think again of the replacement.

Thanks. This gives me some reliable choices if I can't get a fully functional dongle, which might be tricky to find. OWC carries a dongle but since they couldn't assure me it would work with my basic peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headphones) I got one from Amazon instead, which simply claimed Mac compatibility. I'm not looking forward to pot luck effort at finding the right dongle so replacing the standard equipment might prove best route.
